We are looking for a senior colleague (at least 5 years experience) to work in a tech lead role.
Salary range starts from 40 eur/ hour (gross).

- Participate in architectural decisions and technical code reviews
- Create POCs and prototypes serving as a basis for developers
- Participate in design sessions with clients
- Participate in building and developing effective and high performing teams
- Bring continuous improvements to development process
- Help developers on their professional growth, by leading initiatives like trainings, workshops, competencies etc.
Nascent Works are remote work fans, but we do have the office in Vilnius which is used more for communication not daily work. So hope to meet you there for a cup of Nespresso!!!
